Yes. The consultation and the written price are free, with no obligation.
Can I do the consultation on Zoom?

Yes, and most of our consultations happen that way. You join from a computer, tablet or phone; family who live elsewhere can join too. Prefer to meet at the house? Choose an in-home consultation instead.
